Abhivyakti Club

“Abhivyakti” is an association that works to groom the personality and leadership skills of a person. The roots of the Abhivyakti club can be traced back to the year 2019. On August 27, 2019, Abhivyakti started taking its initial shape within the premises of the prestigious Rustamji Institute of Technology, Border Security Force Academy. Abhivyakti is a combination of a hardworking and smart working team with good leadership. Abhivyakti has proved its efficiency and worth in all the aspects of Management and always welcomes new challenges. The organization strongly believes that If you are determined to learn and grow, Abhivyakti is an ideal platform for you. The motto on which all members of Abhivyakti believes is “ Nothing is more Powerful than your words.”

Abhivyakti mainly focuses on developing areas like Interview skills, SSB procedure, Communication skills, Management skills, and Marketing tactics, Moral Development, Pressure Management, and Time Management. A structured module is implemented to train members over these various aspects.

Rules and Regulations For Branch Ambassador

• Branch Ambassadors will complete the tasks allocated to them in time.
• Branch Ambassadors will not misuse, disclose, or reveal any confidential information related to Abhivyakti Club.
• Prior permission from the concerned person in Abhivyakti Club must be taken for any planned leave (over email).
• In case of unplanned leave, intimation should be given by text message to the concerned person.
• Any document/material prepared by Branch Ambassadors for Abhivyakti Club during the term will be considered as the club's belongings.
• Records of any event/session organized by Abhivyakti Club will be considered as the club's belongings.
• Branch Ambassadors need to inform at least 14 days before about their intent to resign and complete their due assigned tasks within the given period.
• Branch Ambassadors will obey all the instructions of their respective Section Coordinators.
• The nominal commitment cum training fees are nonrefundable.
• Abhivyakti Club reserves the right to terminate the candidature at any stage on the grounds of indiscipline, performance not being up to the mark, or absence without notice to the concerned person.

By becoming a Branch Ambassador, you agree to adhere to these rules and contribute positively to the Abhivyakti Club.

Rules and Regulations For Section Coordinator

• Section Coordinators will complete the tasks allocated to them in time.
• Section Coordinators will not misuse, disclose, or reveal any confidential information related to Abhivyakti Club.
• Prior permission from the concerned person in Abhivyakti Club must be taken for any planned leave (over email). In case of un-planned leave, intimation should be given by text message to the concerned person.
• Any document/material prepared by section coordinators for Abhivyakti Club tenure will be considered as the club's belongings.
• Records of any event/session organized by Abhivyakti Club will be considered as the club's belongings.
• Section coordinators need to inform at least 22 days before about their intent for resignation and complete their due assigned tasks within given period.
• Performance of the team of Branch Ambassador is the responsibility of Section Coordinators.
• Section Coordinators will obey all the instructions of their Chief Coordinator.
• Section coordinators will receive their offer letter after the completion of their training period.
• Abhivyakti Club reserves the right to terminate the candidature at any stage of the on following grounds:Disciplinary,Performance not being up to the mark,Absence without any advance notice to the concerned person
